In order to offer you the best possible service we ship your goods only through “Express Service”, which is statistically more efficient and secure.

The delivery charges are as follows:

 

Italy

Express Delivery €8,00 with the following exceptions:

Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia Express delivery € 15,00.
Other minor Islands, Livigno and Venice Express delivery € 25,00.

The delivery charges for your country are automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you have completed the address fields.

Italy

All orders are shipped with Express delivery service. The parcel will be delivered approximately within 24 hours after the courier collection from our warehouses with the exception of few areas (such as Rome city center) where you may expect to receive the parcel within 48 hours.

Europe and Rest of the World

The delivery times vary depending on the country chosen for delivery. If you wish to know in advance the delivery time please contact us via the Customer Service form selecting the Shipping and Delivery category and indicating your exact address including the postal code.

Deliveries are made daily from Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.

The courier carrying out the deliveries is GLS  for Italy and TNT for other countries, during office hours. In exceptional cases, the company may decide to rely on couriers other than those previously mentioned

Yes. You just need to write the new shipping address while completing the order details.

Our Online Store delivers to Europe and several countries worldwide. You may select the country chosen for delivery during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, please contact us using the Customer Service form.

The order confirmation from the company will be sent by email to the email address listed in your profile. When you receive the email confirming that the payment has gone through successfully, the goods selected in the cart are confirmed.

Italy

Please contact us via the Customer Service form selecting Shipping and Delivery category and indicating your details and order number. We monitor the deliveries in real time and we will inform you about the status of the shipment.

 

Europe and Rest of the World

Once the courier has collected the parcel from our warehouses you will receive a second email from TNT which will provide you a tracking code and a link to follow the shipment directly from www.tnt.it

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned for a change of size, model or for a refund within 14 days from the date on which the customer has received the products.

In this case, the Customer must communicate the intention and to return the product via our Customer Service form by selecting the Returns category. The Customer can proceed to send the package only AFTER having received our authorization and instructions for return.

Make sure that the item you return is in its original conditions, tags and packaging included, intact, unused and not damaged, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Upon refund of the items a contribution expense equal to the return shipping cost will be charged.

The time limit for sending back the return is 5 working days from the date the Customer has received our Return Authorization confirmation. Beyond this timeframe the return may not be accepted

As soon as your return reaches our warehouses and we have verified it and accepted it, CASANITA S.a.s. will proceed to the full refund of the amount paid (including the shipping costs) within 2/3 weeks. The refund will not include the delivery costs that the customer has paid to return the items.

In the event that the Customer informs us to have received defective goods, CASANITA S.a.s. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return for defective goods.
